The Career Flow Collective

Hello [[contact.first_name|default: "there"]],
Remember that song from Annie — "you're never fully dressed without a smile"?
I'll be honest, I never loved that musical. But there's something underneath that lyric worth revisiting. Sure, it was really about a woman's role to smile through anything — grin and bear it — which doesn't hold up in modern times. So let's take a new look at it: what if it's actually saying we're not fully dressed without our presence?
As you step into your day and week, consider what you want your presence to look like. Where are the known sticking points — a long meeting, a tough conversation, an environment that feels less familiar or comfortable than it used to? How will you put your presence on, so to speak, to meet your day and these moments?
Side note: remember you're human. Be imperfect, and meet yourself with kindness.
Do small things with great love. Eileen

Take a few moments to reflect: Where do you desire more consistency in showing up as fully you? What does that feel like - in your energy, emotion, or thought?
|

|
|
Looking at your week ahead, is there a planned moment that continues to be a "sticking point" or "point of tension" for you? Choose one recurring situation this week to show up with full presence.
Set a micro-intention based on your Career Flow Guide from last week — remembering that progress is data, not perfection. Consider when you'll know it's time to revisit and build up presence, energy, and awareness.
Afterward, reflect: - What did you learn?
- What worked, what didn't, what will you try next?
Turn this moment into a habit — stack it, create a cue, and monitor it.

Small resets throughout the day can gently restore energy. Here are three you can play throughout the month:
Breathwork: Slow, intentional full-body breaths to center attention in the moment.
Movement: Micro-yoga flow or mindful walking between tasks to integrate presence in action – asking yourself, how am I feeling? What do I need?
Grounding: 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you feel, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you can taste. Or Near-Far Listening - close your eyes for a few moments, and listen for what you hear farthest away from you - hold for a few breaths noticing it; then listen for what you hear closest to you - hold for a few breaths.

This is going to be the best day of my life.
Not because it will be perfect but because I will show up fully present and willing to learn from whatever the day brings.
