Hello [[contact.first_name|default: "there"]],
This month, we’re exploring non-attachment.
Not detachment. Not indifference. And not “giving up.”
Non-attachment is the practice of holding intention without gripping tightly to one specific outcome.
Because often what pulls us out of flow is our attachment: to being right, to certainty, to recognition, to a plan unfolding exactly the way we imagined.
And when those things shift — as they often do in work and life — we can feel ourselves tighten. Our energy changes. Our thoughts race. Our body braces.
Over the past few months, you’ve been building awareness of your energy, your balance, and your inner dialogue.
Now we begin noticing something deeper: Where are you gripping so tightly that it’s restricting your ability to adapt, collaborate, or stay present?
How, when we notice that internal struggle, can we pause for a self-compassion break that’ll allow us to move forward with getting it right, rather than being right. To move forward with our desired presence.
This week is not about forcing release. It’s simply about awareness.
Because awareness is what creates choice.
Do small things with great love, Eileen Murphy
P.S. Reminder, reserve your 1:1 session for this month.
